I’ve just got in from a breakfast with 5 lovelies from school days, am listening to one of my guaranteed-to-make-me-smile playlists and waiting for some other friends to arrive, whom i’m very much looking forward to spending time with.
I’ve spent time with the family, whom i love, time with friends of all...
So, my body atm has decided that i’m not going to get to catch up on my sleep. I’ll go to bed lateish, struggle to get to sleep, wake up at least once in the night, and then wake up for good by about 7:30. Ok, so its an hour later than i usually get up, but i’d love to wake up at 9!!
Maybe it means that i’ve got enough sleep…but i doubt it…

has over 11,000 photos in it on my mac.
I got an external hard drive for Christmas to hold these, so that i don’t kill said mac.
I actually, genuinely can’t find where they’re being stored. And i’m generally quite good at these sorts of computer-y things. They obviously exist, i can look at them…but they’re being stored in some place that doesn’t...

nearly got squashed by a moving/collapsing but now stable and still cabin bed

I love reading people’s stories telling me how much fun they had baking. It feels good to take the afternoon off to spend time with friends and family without staring at iPhones and Blackberries… really talking, laughing and enjoying moments that are actually occurring in the same room. Can you imagine?

The Internet is a Strange Place...
I mean, i’m wondering if this weather is ok for rabbits to go out in, or if snow is too cold, especially as it’ll make them wet, so i turn to tinternet.
There are many different opinions, and i’m still not sure…after many clicks on many links, i found myself watching a home video of some bunnies playing in snow. And i watched it. All of it! And then realised what i was...

Today
Has been emotional.
I had 6am prayer…which meant getting up at 5:40.
I had to drive with both windows down and felt pain in my hands as if i’d been dousing them with snow for a couple of hours as a result.
I found out that there was more wrong with my car, and that there’s probably even more that they didn’t touch because it’s not a problem as of yet…i should...
Car’s got more wrong with it…so will have to pay even more for it…raah.
That + a headache + long day = poop.
Pigeons and doves are the same bird.
The RSPB says so.
Go figure.
Pigeons are funny.
SO lethargic today.
BUT, my car’s in the garage getting a new fan motor - whoo!! No more FREEZING cold wind blowing through the windows in the morning :)
My living room...
…atm, if i’m in my house, and not in my living room, i feel like i’m missing out. It’s where the christmas tree is, you see. I want to sit with it all the time.
Today i went to a local primary school’s Christmas Production. It was brilliant! And so nice to see so many kids i know - they were all very excited to recognise me and Mel in the crowds!! Made me all warm inside despite the frostbite developing on my toes!
First time i’ve ever seen real life camels and reindeer in the same place…that was quite random…how are you going...
I thought all the Christmas shopping had been finished.
It hasn’t.
But it’s a whooole lot closer :)
And i have too much time for some reason this morning…
This time next week
I’ll not be awake :)
Because i’ll have started my holidays :)
And there’ll be a puppy in our midst :) i think…
So, my fan motor’s broken.
£170ish total & a 2 day wait for the part.
